Al Khatib welcomes high-quality, original research papers for publication in our upcoming issues. We invite scholars, researchers, practitioners, and graduate students to contribute to advancing the study and practice of Islamic Communication, Da’wah, and Broadcasting in the modern era.

Scope of the Journal

We encourage submissions on topics including (but not limited to):

  • Theories and practices of Islamic communication

  • Contemporary methods and challenges in da’wah

  • Islamic media and broadcasting strategies

  • Digital da’wah and online communication tools

  • Islamic journalism and public relations practices

  • Islamic communication ethics and regulation

  • Rhetoric, public speaking, and khutbah studies

  • Community media and cultural communication

  • Case studies on Islamic broadcasting and media innovation

✅ Submission Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished work and not under consideration elsewhere.

  • Submissions can be in English, Arabic, or Bahasa Indonesia.

  • All articles undergo a double-blind peer review process.

  • Authors must follow the journal’s author guidelines available on our website.
