Al Khatib invites dedicated scholars and professionals to join our Editorial Board and team of Peer Reviewers. Your expertise will help ensure the publication of high-quality, impactful research in the field of Islamic Communication, Da’wah, and Broadcasting.

Scope of the Journal

We seek editors and reviewers with expertise in, but not limited to:

  • Islamic communication theory and practice

  • Da’wah studies and community outreach

  • Islamic media production and broadcasting

  • Digital da’wah and online platforms

  • Islamic journalism and public relations

  • Ethics in Islamic communication

  • Islamic rhetoric and khutbah studies

  • Media policy and regulation in Islamic contexts

Who Should Apply?

 

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree  (PhD) in Communication Studies, Islamic Studies, or related fields

  • Proven publication record

  • Prior editorial or reviewing experience is an advantage

  • Commitment to overseeing the peer review process and ensuring publication quality

  • Experience in academic publishing and peer review

  • Ability to provide fair, objective, and constructive feedback

  • Adherence to ethical standards of peer review
